Buckwheat is an excellent source of vegetarian protein and dietary fibre. Whole buckwheat flour is here shaped as Fusilli pasta, lending its delicately nutty aroma and slightly coarse texture to a gluten free pasta rivalling gluten full pasta for its perfect al dente texture.

Gluten free pasta rarely has a pleasant and consistent texture upon cooking. We have chosen this pasta for its very pleasant texture and capacity to keep together even if a little overcooked.
