OsomeFood products are pre-cooked with nutrition and frozen packed for freshness. Products are best consumed chilled or steamed/heated to the desired temperature (maximum temperature of 45°C recommended to retain nutritional content and flavour).

Storage Instructions: Keep frozen at below -18 degree C. Refreezing not recommended.
Thawing Method: Place OsomeFood packs in a 50/50 mixture of boiling water and room temperature water for 10-25 minutes until fully thawed.
Preparation Method: Transfer your OsomeFood from freezer to fridge 1 night before cooking for the best results. OsomeFood is best consumed chilled or topped onto any dish before serving. For maximum retention of nutrients packed into OsomeFood, we recommend keeping the products below 45˚C.
