Pinxin’s Sambal is made with the combination of both dried and fresh chillies. Dried chillies give a deeper flavour and colour to this spicy condiment while adding a decent amount of smokiness. Fresh chillies, on the other hand, are added for its bright red colour and spiciness. This sambal is awesome when matched with Nasi Lemak, with noodles and best when fried with vegetables.
