Aptly called Power Mix, this is a flour-less bread mix that uses whole grains, nuts, and seeds. It is high in protein, fiber, iron and potassium and contains zero cholesterol. Gluten Free and Vegan. Its incredibly easy to make all you need is water, a bread/loaf tin and an oven. The baked bread can be frozen for up to 3 months.

Instructions:

  • Just add the packet mix to 300 ml of cold water and stir thoroughly. The mixture will be sticky, cover with a cloth and set aside for 1hr. Do NOT add more water.
  • Add the mixture to a loaf (baking) tin* and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and leave to cool to room temperature for 2 hrs before removing bread from tin. Slice and serve.

* A flexible silicon loaf tin/pan works best, for easy removal of the loaf

In just 15 mins, you can whip up a comforting meal, that is creamy, cheesy, packed with protein (thank you Quinoa pasta!) and sans any nasties or preservatives. The pasta gets its creaminess cashews and cheesiness from nutritional yeast. Supplied in sustainable, eco-friendly, bio-degradable packaging!

Instructions:
Just add packet mix to 400 ml cold water and 150 ml of plant-based milk and stir thoroughly, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 12 – 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
