Ingredients: Organic handmade cashew milk, organic cacao powder, Raw organic cacao butter, organic gluten free oats, mixed seeds & nuts, gluten free rice flour (in the brownie fudge), coconut milk, low GI & lower in carbs sweetener (non-GMO natural xylitol & erythritol, organic stevia extract, organic coconut sugar), pink Himalayan salt.

**For best results: before serving the ice cream, put it in the fridge for 20 to 25 minutes (for personal size 10 minutes should be enough) or until evenly softened – low sugar ice cream tends to be hard for scooping when just taken out of the freezer.
