The Seasonal Fruit Cheesecake flavour is a combination of a refreshing zesty base smothered with our handmade fruit compote and covered with cheesecake-style gluten-free crumble.
Additionally, Shirollina has around 40% less calories than normal ice cream!
Ingredients: In-house fruit compote(organic pomegranate, figs and apple), organic lemon extract, organic Madagascar vanilla, organic handmade cashew milk, coconut milk, mixed seeds, gluten free oats, gluten free rice flour (in the crumbles), low GI & lower in carbs sweetener (non-GMO natural xylitol & erythritol, organic stevia extract, organic coconut sugar), pink Himalayan salt.
**For best results: before serving the ice cream, put it in the fridge for 20 to 25 minutes (for personal size 10 minutes should be enough) or until evenly softened – low sugar ice cream tends to be hard for scooping when just taken out of the freezer.
