Pancakes anyone? Well, when it comes to pancakes it doesn’t get bigger than this! Yabing’s ovo-vegetarian recipe makes for a wonderful and grandé weekend breakfast treat, especially for the kids! These Chocolate Banana Pancakes are high in protein and fibre, gluten-free, naturally sweetened and easy to make. *Do note that the recipe contains eggs, so it would only be suitable for ovo-vegetarians.
- 1/3 cup Oats
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 1 large banana
- Coarsely blend oats, cocoa powder, eggs and salt in a food processor.
- Add the banana and pulse.
- Cook in lightly greased non-stick pan on medium heat.
